Liked: I booked one King size room and when I got there they offer me size bed. I told them I do not need that she still gave me that room. When I went in my room it was dirty no refrigerator only one light was working. My daughter asked them to come fix lights and provide refrigerator but she said she will have someone come and give me the refrigerator. She said I purposely gave you that room so no one will bother you because they’re are lots of police is coming and searching for in legal immigrants. My daughter asked her why you think we are in legal. We have all the documents we just ask you to give us room and you should not judge people like that. She said sorry and she will send someone with refrigerator. Next day I went to the front office ask for refrigerator because they’re didn’t bring one. They said another hour you will get it but they never came. All the food and milk went bad. I had to eat out next two days.
Disliked: I stayed there but it was bad. Pay little more and get yourself better place to stay. First I booked King size room and she gave me room with two queen size beds. My daughter told her that we only need one bed. She said it’s same price. Room was dirty one only light was working and no refrigerator. When my daughter went back to the office to complain she then told her that I purposely gave you that room because ICE has been coming and looking for in legal immigrants. That hurts my feelings because she was juggling me. My daughter told her that you are suppose to judge people we have all the documents. Then she said okay I will send the refrigerator but she never did. I went to the office next day they still didn’t bring me one. When we checked out the same lady was there. She said how was your stay. My daughter was there to pick me up that day. She said really bad. My dad food went bad because you didn’t give him refrigerator and room was not clean. She said I am so sorry I told them but I was off last two days. I didn’t like overall experience at that place.

Disliked: This is THE WORST hotel I have ever been in. The room didn't have a TV and was filthy. No towels or bath cloths and the toilet and room floor seemed to be flooded

Liked: The honesty of the receptionist of telling me that the hotel was dangerous
Disliked: The hotel was super unsafe, it felt like extremely dangerous to be there. After I checked in, I went to the room, the light didnt even turn on, and the hotel overall had a bunch of signs talking about how the doors should be locked and only the receptionist could open the doors
