Liked: Family room suited our needs. Super helpful and friendly staff at check in and at breakfast.
Disliked: It’s a pretty basic offering and fells a little tired (older carpet etc), but it’s clean and comfy and everything we needed for a night on the road.

A nice place to stay...

Liked: It was a novel touch being offered an ice cream treat upon check in. Very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Disliked: Husband had to shower in cold water. Hotel is kind of shabby and needs an update

Took one look and left...

Liked: Nothing ! Cancelled after seeing it . It’s a workers hotel not a family holiday place as all.
Disliked: Entrance ! Vagrant walking about at the front , 2 scruffy individuals sitting on the pavement drinking. Had the look of a place not well maintained. Sign outside saying workers welcome ! Obviously not a hotel for families or tourists.

Liked: The lady on duty at the time was very helpful in keeping us on the ground floor. She had to unblock the toilet.
