Good place on a budget...

Liked: Clean spacious room. Good communication by staff. Great location!
Disliked: Could've used more pillows or better pillows. A/c is extremely loud.

Expensive for what you get,...

Liked: The beds and pillows were nice, as doubles, which worked. The available staff seemed to be trying their best. The air conditioner worked well, and the hot water and water pressure was good. The attempt to modernize the decor in the bedroom was appreciated.
Disliked: The room was small, dated, mainly the kitchen and bath, and “expensive,” and not mere steps from the beach... There was also no staff presence, at all after 6 pm, until 10 am the next morning. Where a few (3-4) worn beach chairs were made available to guests, was a disorganized, dirty mess. The bedroom itself was very small and not easy to get around. The room was better suited for one bed. The bill/receipt itself, with various taxes and government fees to it was incomprehensible to us, re., made little sense, and we’re still wondering about it. The TV took a while to figure out, as best we could. We still like Florida.

Liked: The location and spacious unit were the winning points
Disliked: Occupants were outside smoking weed all day and night. We also called to ask if there was an oven and were told yes. It didn't, and we were there for Thanksgiving with plans requiring an oven.
