Liked: Very nice hotel great facilities great bar nice breakfast
Disliked: Our room suffered from street noise it was a cold weekend and our room was cold would have also liked a small fridge in the room

Liked: The hotel has a stylish, yet cosy, boutique feel. The decor is warm - lots of natural materials and mood lighting. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The building has an interesting history, which we were told about by staff. And it’s the staff who really set this place apart - every interaction was so helpful and friendly. I would return to Liverpool just to stay here again. Such a special place!

Enjoyable stay in a cosy...

Liked: Small and cosy hotel with comfortable beds. Lovely restaurant and spa facilities were a bonus. Short walk into town. Staff helpful , especially when I forgot my bathing costume and they moved our time slot for us.
Disliked: Only complaint was the showers not working in the main spa.
