Great boutique-style hotel in the...

Liked: Great location, and very quiet. Nice cafe in the foyer, making great coffee.
Disliked: Nothing. My room was very small and windowless, but this is completely disclosed at the time of booking, and it didn’t bother me as I knew I’d spend most of my time in London out enjoying the sights.

Good experience overall. Only there...

Liked: Lovely hotel, clean room and comfy bed. Friendly staff at check in and check out.
Disliked: No option for early or late check in/out which may put me off in the future.

Lovely hotel with good facilities.

Liked: Great location. We’ve stayed here before. We got upgraded to a larger suit which was excellent!
Disliked: The prices at the spa are ridiculously high. It was my birthday and my daughter wanted to treat me to a massage but the cheapest one ( neck & back) was around £70+ so we went without.
