Real Disappointment

Liked: Facility was clean. Bed was fine . Comp drinks with a smile if you played.
Disliked: Check in was odd. Long time to enter our info and informed us and told us no ice in the room or coffee and we were starving after long trip and Restaurant closed after COVID. Only food was microwave from small casinos. Really bad. Not really a lodge or casino. No restaurant or gaming other than slot machines around individual small casinos like little shops in a mall. Most staff were friendly except check in and out. The room was clean but no coffee. You did get voucher for free coffee. Really strange was no plug ins available at the desk or bed side. Had to unplug clock and tv to plug in chargers. When we checked out the clerk told us we could not get a receipt since we booked with booking .com. When I asked what we owed she said she didn't know and shrugged. I would have to contact booking.com!! The place was mostly empty and no restaurant was Major disappointment that should be noted. You expect something to eat in a lodge or casino. This failed at both.

Strong smell

Disliked: Smell in the lobby and maybe in the rooms. I almost threw up in the lobby because of the smell. Smoking cigars + i dont know what else

Best Bang for your Buck...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, hotel was not packed, food was good, free coffee every morning, had washing machines and a gym. Honestly will be booking this hotel again.
Disliked: Some very minor details could be addressed about the condition of the building overall but they're minimal. I believe they don't receive enough traffic to accommodate those minor details. Other than that I have zero complaints
