Funky Charm.

Liked: Quiet off season. I had a northeast view of the river and bridge that was nice. No microwave in my room, but I brought my own cold snacks and enjoyed the complimentary lobby coffee. The old cage elevator and room fixtures had a certain funky charm. The lobby and Cafe for breakfast had good service.
Disliked: Funky old building smells when radiator working and widow closed. Not too bad when slightly opened one window. Minibar high-priced snacks available. If you enjoy a certain off-beat charm similar to what you find in our region's Mcminimum's chain's of brewpub Inns you might also enjoy this place.

Disliked: Terrible bed. Lacked some modern amenities but understandable since it is billed as historical.

Amazing stay in a very...

Liked: An amazing stay in an old hotel that has been updated with lots of taste and generosity. Super comfy bed and room, everything is spotless clean, the atmosphere and vibe is incredible from the room to the hallways to the amazing lobby to the elevator . Great coffee in the morning. Can't say a single negative thing it's a gem and I would love to spend a longer stay there and just enjoy the vintage coziness of the place. Great welcome at the reception in the evening also. Congrats :)

Liked: Great being in an original Hood River hotel with the quirky elevator and the original glass windows. Location was great! Everything within walking distance.
Disliked: Could have had a mini fridge, and a Keurig would have been nice.

Super cute and convenient place...

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and decorated nicely.
Disliked: One room had no view but the room overlooking the street was noisy.
