Anniversary night

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful for taxi numbers but that's it
Disliked: It was for our 11th anniversary it cost £20 for 2 drinks! The room was minging with stains all over the carpet and the 4 poster bed frame was loose! Then the tv didn't work, me and my partner suffer with anxiety and can't Just go and complain to there faces like normal people

Liked: The hotel was well placed with all rooms easily accessible, more like a motel than a hotel, plenty of parking available. The staff were helpful and friendly and the meals were very good.
Disliked: Personal choice due to a temporary disability I would have preferred a walk in shower in the room instead of an over bath shower,

Liked: The location was very good. Certainly for public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast that I had was good.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is the decor was a bit dated - but everywhere was clean so it was ok.
