Clean room; nice staff; decent coffee with early morning buffet. This is a decent, clean hotel for a reasonable price. I would absolutely stay again short term.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Room and hallways clean. Only drawback was the parking situation.

Overall a good experience.

Liked: The room and furnishing were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. My view was lovely although I would not have expected a particular view. The front desk staff and the valet service were exceptional.
Disliked: I did not realize that my room was not freshened daily, or at all. I had no trash pickup or towel refresh. I had no coffee refresh. When I asked about it as I checked out, I was told I needed to call for towels and coffee. Also, that it was my responsibility to bundle the trash and put it outside my door. There was no signage in the room about all of this neither was I informed of the procedures upon check in. Frankly, I would never have thought that the trash, coffee refresh, towel refresh were my responsibility. The strange thing was that I did receive partial service on the first two days of my stay. Very poor communication. Also, my key card had issues working several times and I noticed that other guests had the same problem. One more item, when I took a fork out of the drawer it was dirty. All the forks were dirty and looked like they were used and just returned to the drawer.

Reasonable value, some issues

Liked: Breakfast options were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There are errors in the Booking.com listing. Valet parking is $45/night, not $42/night. There is no shuttle service to the university. This was a major issue for us, as we were receiving treatment at the UPenn Hospital.Our biggest compliant is that the dishes and silverware in our room were filthy. We had to wash them before we could use them.

Disliked: Poorly Managed, understaffed,Did not provide fresh towels even though we requested, did not clean room make the bed even though we requested, ran out of coffee at 8 am even though hotel was full, long wait at front desk to request more coffee finally gave and bought elsewhere even though it was supposed to be included in our stay. No coffee replacement in room coffee maker even though we requested
