Lovely clean comfortable stay.

Liked: The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It was really difficult to get the hot water running and the plug in the bath was useless.

Front desk staff very friendly....

Liked: Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Fast check-in/out. Per friendly. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Cleanliness of room was poor. Found mice droppings and roaches. Dirty glasses/cup in dish washer. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Room location was horrible and loud due to it being by the laundry room. Staff could not accommodate moving to a more quiet area.

Overall, it was very good!...

Liked: The hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our suite was perfect, and we lived the view of the pond and ducks!
Disliked: The marijuana smoke coming from rooms near us was overwhelming. There was a group of about 15 ladies partying at the back door of the hotel blocking the entrance and being very loud. Breakfast was powdered eggs answers super, super dry potato pancakes.
