Disappointing

Liked: The system had crashed and we were unable to use our hotel keys, had to wait on staff to let us in our rooms.Also had to park in the back of the hotel and walk the whole way around front to get assistance from staff since the keys wouldn't work for doors., the toilet wasn't working properly.Breakfast times was a mess, they only had 1 waffle maker so stood in line for over an hour to use it. Would've been if they compensated us with some extra points for the inconvenience.
Disliked: Only 1 waffle maker and everyone had to wait.

Disliked: the housekeeping can be more gentle in cleaning the around room.. i couldn't sleep because tey slapping the door in everymint.. yest its morning but this is hotel you dont know people situation..also the laides in the breakfast the are in hurry to remove..even ine day they removed before 9:30 .. nothing will happen if they start removing after 9:30

Liked: Everything was perfect. Even the breakfast was good. I also liked how the front desk would text me to make everything was good in my room and also the convenience store was always well stocked
