Never ever will go back!

Liked: The front desk worker was EXTREMELY RUDE! And when we mentioned it to him he followed us to our room, called the police on us and we got kicked out! This is NONSENSE! Never ever will go back to that hotel!
Disliked: NOTHING! Especially the staff! They are extremely rude and NOT PROFESSIONAL! Horrible!!

Liked: The location is the best thing about it.
Disliked: No amenities like a bar. You have to pay for parking. I usually stay next door & they have a bar & free parking.

The staff was beyond exceptional...

Liked: I love the location right on the river and within walking distance to great restaurants
Disliked: The bed in the KING ROOM SUITE was horrible. It has very deep indentations on both sides. The sleep was not pleasant at all

Disliked: Paid $12 for parking and couldn’t even park in lot where hotel was. Hotel is dated and can use upgrades. Not worth price paid.
