Disliked: I would like my money back , I didn’t get the room I booked we didn’t sleep bc we didn’t have the beds we asked for.. I want my money. back I was told I would get some back .. and didn’t I feel I should

Liked: Location to CHASE center
Disliked: There was no parking. I paid $13to park overnight while staying there and couldn’t even park at the hotel!!! We came back to our room (me, my daughter and granddaughter) at 10:00 at night and couldn’t even park in the lot!!! I would not recommend this hotel to solitary female travelers for this reason!!!
