It could have been better...

Liked: I booked with special extras and was told that it would be accommodated. I confirmed with front desk before arriving and it was confirmed. When I arrived late that night, front desk agent confirmed my extras was there but I had to be out in a wait list for my special extras.
Disliked: I arrived in the room and the pillowcase in the bed seem to have a dark smudge and I told front desk and they did nothing about it . There was a roach on the floor when I pulled out the sofa bed for my children . Housekeeping acted as if it was ok

Liked: I didn’t get to experience the property. They decided to relocate me on the day of check in on the way to the hotel at 6pm.
Disliked: The lack of professionalism in being able to provide advanced notice for changes. I had spoken to a team member the day I booked the visit and I was never told that they wouldn’t have a room for my stay. I was told that the “one nighters” had to be relocated. I was there for an emergency visit. The additional stress was not appreciated. I am very disappointed with this hotel, I have never had this experience with the Hilton brand properties.
