Liked: The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of options available. The room was spacious and quiet. Price was ok as well. We appreciated a free shuttle to Union station.
Disliked: I was not informed about the deposit in advance but when I later checked why I was charged approx. 500 USD more, the receptionist explained it to me (approx. 70 USD per night). The hotel could be cleaner - it seems like there was no hoovering before we arrived, there were two big blue pills found under the TV table and pieces of dog food. During the first few days there was no room service and tidying up, but maybe it was caused by Christmas holidays and lack of staff. The last few days of our stay, cleaners stopped by us every day and asked whether they can tidy up the room. Kitchen could have been better equipped but it was fine. We smelled weed everywhere, even in our room.

Liked: The front desk Kory was very welcoming, Our room was facing the road at first, he switched it to a quieter room. Shuttle can take you to Metro, We opted to walk, took about 10-15 min, passing Trader Joe. The kitchen is good to have.
Disliked: The heater in both living and bedroom were very noisy like tractors. I had to turn it off to go to bed, thanks god the weather was not too cold during our stay. The location is not in walking distance to the sightseeing place. For the price and square footage, it was good.
