Comfortable, relaxing, and much needed
Liked: How it’s nice quiet everyone is welcoming even the other guest. It’s very safe. You cannot get up to the rooms unless you have a car and I feel like that made my stay even more comfortable.
Disliked: There really isn’t anything that I didn’t like. I literally enjoyed every little piece of my stay and we’ll be staying again very soon.

Very good
Liked: Very good location, in front of a metro station and with many cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, convenience shop and other facilities around. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a good sized kitchen. A good cooked breakfast (buffet style). Most staff were friendly (special thanks to Debbie - front desk and Shawnae - breakfast and Keith, the Operations Manager - for making our experience more enjoyable!)
Disliked: Breakfast options should be improved and changed a bit more frequently.

Great location, clean and large...
Liked: Very good location, in front of a metro station and with many cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, convenience shop and other facilities around. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a good sized kitchen. A good cooked breakfast (buffet style). Most staff were friendly (special thanks to Debbie - front desk and Shawnae - breakfast - for making our experience more enjoyable!)A big shout out: during our stay we had an operational issue with our room on Christmas Day and some staff had to put in an extra effort to get things sorted. Thankfully our issue was solved to our satisfaction, due to the efforts of Keith (Operations Manager) - he was professional, followed up at every step and kept his word. Dowie, the responsible for maintenance also deserves a praise.
Disliked: Breakfast quality could be better.

Very poor
Liked: The room was spacious.
Disliked: It was advertised to have an indoor pool, which was closed due to “renovations” (this was one of the two filters that helped choose this location, along with “Breakfast included”)Breakfast was dried cereal with Milk in a bag, all things that we do not eat. If this would have been advertised, we would have never had booked here. Then we had a “fire” and were evacuated, until the front desk stated there was no fire and listened to 30 minutes of an alarm. The booking was $236, and a hundred dollar deposit is supposedly required, but does not reflect it on any two receipts I’ve received.

Close to National Park, but...
Liked: The room was clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette and plenty of seating room. The location was excellent for staying close to Nationals Part of HFestival 2024.
Disliked: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!!THE VALET WAS TERRIBLE. The hotel does not offer parking, and if you park on the street, you are 100% guaranteed to get a parking ticket. Therefore, you have to pay $57 a day for valet. It took nearly 2 hours standing around waiting for the valet to park our car. We had a festival to attend, and we missed three bands playing their sets while waiting for them. When we checked out, the valet brought our car over, and the driver's side of my car was completely scratched up. They handed over the keys to us as if nothing had happened. Fortunately, we had a dash cam and caught the valet driver REDHANDED. If you don't have a dash cam in your car, CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING TO GET ONE. We complained to the hotel, who said it's not their fault, as the valet is subcontracted by ProPark America. We battled with them, and they dragged their feet to send us a check. We ended up passing on the work to our insurance company to go after them. I completely regret driving my car to DC, and I will never again.
