Liked: The breakfast was very unorganized and very dirty. I found myself cleaning the counters when there should have been an employee on the floor at all times. The focus of the kitchen should have been cleanliness and organization. There were no silverware for the guest to eat out of the morning on 2.21.24. They gave the guest plastic afterwards which I’m not opposed to.
Disliked: The staff gave off racism and I will tell my story first with the new era of Detroit and I will then share my experience and my children’s thoughts on all social media sites

Disliked: One of the TV s didn't work, the cleaning staff switched out remotes in the bedroom and hid the one that worked in the bedroom drawer. .Also, they double charged me and it messed up my account. Still trying to get things straight.

Disliked: Tv didnt work. Internet not working for 5 hours during my work. Couldn't offer discount. Pool closed when advertised open. Will not be back.

Disliked: I was unable to use the grille and get help for over an hour. Pool area didn’t have towels in the morning was told they were all being cleaned. My kids had to walk in the hall wet and cold
