Liked: I loved the suite it was really nice an spacious I wish I stayed longer! It was nice an clean and comfortable!
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact the roomNext door to me was having a party an were so loud! Also I would be nice if the roomHad a bath or a whirlpool bath would make it extra nice!

A nice stay but due...

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and tea station. The size of the room was comfortable and the breakfast area was kept clean at all times.
Disliked: The breakfast was average. The scrambled eggs were watery and had a powdery taste to it. The waffle mix was a little too watery, making the waffles too thin. The couch was absolutely unacceptable. We would sink into the couch when we sat due to the mattress being so flat. And when we opened it up for the sleeper some of the springs and attachment rods were disconnected. We noticed that both sides of the mattress was soiled. We contacted the front desk on Thursday night we were told that they would send us a rollaway and maintenance would look into the couch on Friday but we didn't get the rollaway until Sunday morning! I didn't get the name of the Thursday night staff but Saturday it was Gina who assisted me and made sure we finally got a rollaway bed. She explained that the hotel was in the process of purchasing new couches and there wasn't anything that could be done about getting another couch so we sat on chairs and the ottoman throughout our stay.
