Liked: The hotel has beautiful decor and furniture. The layout of the room (King Studio) was perfect for our family of three. The room was extra clean and all the amenities in the room were in good shape. The shower was easily accessible (no big steps and even had a grab bar). The room was cold when we arrived but it did heat up quickly when we adjusted the temperature. The beds were fairly comfortable as well.
Disliked: The breakfast was sufficient but I have been to other hotels that have more meal choices like waffles, melon, yogurt and whole wheat bagels. Also the breakfast ended at 9 I think it should have been available till at least 10 am. There was one receptionist at the front desk part of the night shift that was rude in her manner and not helpful. I asked her to get me an extra blanket and she said she didn't have any by the front desk. When I told her I was really cold and could she check somewhere else she said she would check storage and call my room within 10 minutes either way but she never called. The rest of the staff were very courteous and pleasant.
