I was happy to leave....
Liked: Considering the cleanliness of the facility, I didn't eat the breakfast
Disliked: The room smelled, they had a dryer sheet stuck in the vent. It had a round commode seat on an elongated toilet. Leaks all around the outside. It severely lacked maintenance inside and out. The lobby and corridors were dirty. The rooms heater didn't work either. It was a real piece of crap hotel!!

Terrible
Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: I walked into the lobby with nobody working the front desk…. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby waiting to be checked in. Then the lady that checked me in was so rude. The trash cans were overflowing in the lobby, smell in the room, the room was so dusty, and the shower door would not shut. If I hadn’t already paid for the room online I would’ve left. We travel for softball a lot and this was by far the worst. I will never stay here again.

Wait Until They Renovate!
Liked: Our room was a very nice size. We had a one bedroom suite with a separate living area, which came in really handy. The bath and hand towels were thick and of higher quality, which we really appreciated. The tissues were even better quality than most hotels. The amenities in the room itself were descent (i.e. the body soap didn't smell cheap like most hotels soaps do, and there was shampoo and conditioner provided, although we didn't use them). The kitchen had everything one would need to enjoy their stay.
Disliked: We used contactless check-in and therefore chose our own room, but when we got to the hotel we had been switched to a lower floor (which we didn't want) and was told that the room we chose wasn't supposed to be available due to maintenance issues earlier that day and it had not yet been cleaned. The hotel on a whole had not been kept up at all - major tears in the hallway carpet; our room's couch was covered in so many stains that we had to put towels / blankets down to even feel comfortable sitting on it; cracks in the refrigerator, etc... very poor upkeep in general. I can "excuse," to an extent, a hotels wear and tear; however, what I cannot excuse is poor housekeeping. The stains on our couch could have been professionally cleaned, the hair in our bathroom behind the door and on the soap holder at the sink should have been caught, and the tile floors in the kitchen and bath area were "sticky." We could hear & see everywhere we walked, because our footprint was left in the thick "film" from either not cleaning well enough, or poor cleaning supplies. We notified the front desk right away of these issues and were told our room would be cleaned while we were gone the next day, but nothing was touched after being gone for 12 hours. The breakfast was simply not good. There weren't that many choices to begin with, which was fine, but the few choices that they did have should have been of better quality and tasted better.

Very good
Liked: The room was nice and big! There were 2 windows instead of one. The ceiling fan in the room was wonderful! There was a good variety of breakfast food at the continental breakfast as well.
Disliked: The only thing I could say is that there should be bedding for the pullout sofa already in the room.
