Liked: I loved the view and the comfort of the room. It was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: The staff are extremely friendly to "certain" people and extremely dry to others. While some staff were very helpful, others seemed like they didn't want to be bothered.

Disliked: The lobby was filled with a sewage smell and we did not have enough shampoo. I mentioned this to the front desk upon check out. The front desk employees were wonderful but I thought maybe even a $10 discount would be given or something. Nothing was offered to be taken off the bill. We had no shampoo, something should have been offered.
