Disliked: Valet was very slow with getting my car. On Sunday they lost peoples keys and cars. It was a mess.

Liked: I liked the location, the staff & the model of our room.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok.

I had over 8 children...

Liked: Everything from the decor to the breakfast food
Disliked: No pool

Liked: Don't take the one-star reviews of this hotel at face value—just read them. Many are based on trivial complaints, like someone not responding to "good morning," perceived rudeness, or spotting a suspicious person in the lobby. While these might matter to some, rating the entire hotel with one star for a minor issue seems unfair.In my experience, the hotel room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly. Sure, there’s room for improvement in some areas, but overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Very good

Liked: I loved the view and the comfort of the room. It was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: The staff are extremely friendly to "certain" people and extremely dry to others. While some staff were very helpful, others seemed like they didn't want to be bothered.
