Liked: 1. Large room, kitchen and full-size refrigerator, dining table. The repair in the room is quite fresh, the furniture is in working order, the room is beautiful2. The barbecue area is small, but clean and cozy. And the bars themselves were the cleanest.3. Free self-parking, entrance directly to the elevator, which leads directly to the floor with rooms
Disliked: Due to poor cleaning in the room, my daughter started Acute conjunctivitis of bilateral eyes1. Very dirty room. There is dust on the bedside tables, and cobwebs in the corners. It feels like cleaning was only in the bathroom and bed linen was replaced.2. There were only 3 sets of towels for four guests. I asked to bring another big towel, but they never brought it3. I indicated when booking that I would be with two children who were supposed to sleep on a sofa bed. I asked in advance, when booking, to leave another set of bed linen right away. But he wasn’t there. I had to call the reception again and repeat the request.4. The water in the pool was very dirty (the garbage at the bottom, which looked like it had been lying there for several days) and very chlorinated (there was a strong smell, and after bathing the skin became very dry)5. The breakfast was not of very good quality (the turkey sausages were so peppery that even I couldn’t eat them, I didn’t even let the children try them). From the hot there was only an omelet, fried potatoes, and these inedible sausages. The rest is syrup, pancakes and other pastries full of carbohydrates and sugar. Which cannot be called a full breakfast, which was declared when booking.6. The coffee at the reception was round the clock, but sour and not tasty7. The TV in the room was working, but it was impossible to watch anything because there was no Wi-Fi in the whole building and no one warned about it in advance.I believe that $350 per night is a high price for such a low quality. It’s not the first time we stay at the Hilton Hotel, but it’s the first time we’ve encountered this
