Awful experience

Liked: We arrived at the Hotel after our flight had landed and staff were unable to find our booking. It was 12:30 a.m. and they wanted us to pay another $210 for our room. We were unable to get ahold of anyone at booking.com and were forced to stay at a different hotel.

Liked: We were on the last leg of a 3 week trip and decided to stay closer to the airport. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a fabulous suite. The front desk was amazing.

Overall loved the location, quietness...

Liked: Rooms were great for our family. CleanQuietLocation was great for our weekend trip to 2 different ball games.
Disliked: Thought each bath should have had its own hair dryer Pillows should be hypoallergenic Breakfast didn’t have sausage or bacon. Some things weren’t hot enough just warm.
