Overall it was a nice...
Liked: Convenience, price and location. I also like the game room/pool area set up. My kids had a great time.
Disliked: Lack of cleaning the dishes or bringing extra when asked. It was very hot though out the night although I had the temperature low. The breakfast bar is not too good but regular.

It was very, very disappointing
Liked: The location was close to where we had to go, and the breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: I had asked for a walk-in shower and a room on the main floor, and neither of those were given to us. And actually the room they gave us was so far from the elevator and I’m handicapped so it’s very hard for me to walk that far. I asked to change and they said they couldn’t do it. It was very disappointing and very strenuous for me to go to and from our room even to go down to breakfast cause it was so far away from the elevator.

Relaxing Stay
Liked: I stood here before and I love the location and the structure of the rooms I liked. The swimming pool. I didn’t use in this stay but if I did I know I would’ve enjoyed it.
Disliked: The linen had stains and the room smelled, but not to the extreme for me to switch rooms, I was exhausted and needed to rest. Also the location of the breakfast was not ideal. Right at the entrance.

awful
Liked: Nothing, staff was awful, rude, unhelpful. We asked multiple times for an early check in as we were specifically coming (from 2 hrs. away) with a large group for an event that started at 7 pm and had to try and get dinner together on the way to the event. Our first requested was denied online (we asked for between 10 and 11). So I followed up with a phone call to the location asking if there was any way to do at least a few hours early. The person at the desk said, "I can’t be sure as we are coming off a full house and are fully booked tonight also, but since you are the only one that has requested it I think we should be able to accommodate you. Give me you cell number and I will call you when I know better!" Since we were coming from a few hours away I arrived at 2 pm with fingers crossed even though they never called. When I arrived the people at the desk looked at me like they knew nothing and then said basically because I had reserved 2 "suites" and "a lot of people requested late checkout so we are backed up" that our rooms won’t be ready till 4 pm rather abruptly. I said I was confused as I was told it should be a problem since no one else requested early check in and why would they let people request late checkouts if they can’t get the rooms cleaned in time? Better yet why not just have the cleaning crews specifically clean our 2 rooms first if no one else requested it?" Again "blank stares". So we asked if we could at least use the pool while waiting for a call saying our rooms are ready, which they allowed (the pool was so over chlorinated that my son had a reactions/rash from it... and needed a shower, which he could do.... ). at 4pm we hurried to the desk to get our keys only to be told rooms still weren’t ready, we are doing our best.... (see below for continued response.)
Disliked: Then at 430 we got one room, which gave us a chance to put our stuff down get changed (my son didn’t even have time to shower) and rush back towards the door to try and find something quick to eat to get to our show. In the middle of our show I saw the hotels number come up on caller ID but decided not to ruin the night arguing with whatever they were going to disappoint me with next. When we left the show I called back and the woman that answered said she was getting the manager whom had called me, and dumped me into vm. I called again and asked her to place me on hold and get the manager. After a rude comment she placed me on hold and took the receiver off the hook. I know this because when I arrived back at the hotel 19 minutes into being placed on hold I saw the phone and I saw my number on caller id (I have a picture). After some back and forth with the rude woman at the desk, including her putting her hand in my face (to which I responded with the same gesture, and she was very offended... weird... she was fine doing it to me?) she got the manager that was just in the next room. who told me she called in the middle of the show to tell me that even though I was a "rewards member" with their hotel, she could do nothing for us since I booked through a 3rd party site. I would have to "try to get them to give back money and they would possibly refund that 3rd party!" I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will definitely tell everyone that wants to know the story exactly how awful this experience was.

Liked: I like the space that allowed everyone space
Disliked: The staff was rude and not helpful. In our room there was a whole in the floor and covered it up with the carpet my daughter foot got caught in it
