Fraudulent charge for my service...

Liked: We were “upgraded” only to be put in a basement location when I had already made prior room reservation for a 3rd floor room on the app. The room also had marks of cigarette burns on the curtains (while this is supposed be a non smoking hotel)
Disliked: While I had paid in advance for my room. I happened to notice an additional charge on my card after leaving. After investigating they had charged me a “dog fee” for my service dog (which is against the law) without any prior attempt of even mentioning this to me. This came as a complete surprise and seems really low from a “Hilton” establishment. I tried to reach out to the front desk through the hilton app, without an answer. Had to file a claim with my bank for this fraudulent and illegal charge.
