Hotel is in a great spot, very close to food, gas, and the amphitheater. The hotel overall was not good though, unclean and definitely needs some maintenance.

Liked: Was able to walk to the concert from our hotel because it was that close. Also there were a couple of fast food restaurants and a gas station near the hotel which was nice and convenient.
Disliked: First room they sent us to was completely dirty and unclean. 2nd room was not much better - had been cleaned by housekeeping however, carpet had stains and just didn’t appear very clean. The hotel hallways are also unclean. The swimming pool was empty so swimming was not an option either. A closet fort in our room was broken and unusable.

We will be staying at this hotel every time we come to the concerts.

Disliked: I would NEVER stay in this hotel again! The pool water was gross; no hot tub. We stayed for two nights and the maids never entered our room so we didn't even get clean towels. I went down and asked the front desk for clean towels and they wouldn't even give me any, so we had to use dirty towels - very gross. It took 45 minutes for the lady at the front desk to figure out how to get a movie we bought onto the TV and the movie was expensive ($16.99 per movie)! Awful!

Nice place to stay when going to a concert. Rooms are very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Liked: Staff was great. Location is excellent for concerts at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.
Disliked: Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Liked: Nice room; close to concert arena; nice staff.
