Superb

Liked: I love the customer service. There was an accident with my room but it was immediately corrected the young lady at the front desk very nice. Everything was nice and clean we had a double bedroom and my sister and her fiance enjoyed yourself as well as I and my husband. I see that the hotel has made some improvements from the last time I was here approximately 3 years ago. The first day wasn't bad but the customer service was much much better. Don't get me wrong the customer service wasn't bad the first time but this time everyone was extremely polite.

Disliked: The room I booked wasn’t available and I had to stay in a different room then my children. I wasn’t made aware of my room not being available until my card was charged and I was refused a refund…
