Dissappointed.

Disliked: It was Christmas and Holiday week, been coming for years to visit children and grandchildren. Was never advised until checkin that hotel was under renovations. Pool was closed. major facilities were closed. only one elevator was working. Building was dusty and cold. Many others checking in were changing reservations to another hotel. We could not afford to do that. We put up with the inconvenience and staff was just deal with it. We should have been told in advance. Renovations should never be scheduled over a Christmas holiday when it's a family friendly hotel.

Disliked: The breaker was out in the bedroom and it was the only suite left but we made it.

Pure disappointment

Liked: Location to my daughters
Disliked: Showed up with two children for an 8 day stay to be told the pool was under construction along with most of the hotel. Had to pay at the rec center for the kids to swim for 1.5 hour time allotments. Was woken up every morning no later than 7:30 by construction crew working 2 flights down

Suite Stay & Location

Liked: Loved being close to the walking trails and shopping district near by. Excellent location!
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, pillows super flat, and the pull out bed was broken and Uncomfortable for my daughter.

Disliked: Wi-Fi didn’t work and their solution was for me to call come 3rd party. No gym since they are renovating, but no one told me until after we paid for the room.

I was really disappointed that...

Liked: That the hotel was close to where I needed to be, was near a lot of convenient places and had easy on and off access to the freeway.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the fan wouldn't work unless the light was on and the pillows had a head shape and sank flat once the air was pushed out from the weight of your head. The carpet had an open seam in it and we had already been moved from a different room to this one, because the fan sounded like the bearings were going to catch on fire. The pictures of the breakfast area left a lot to be desired. They show a full breakfast, when in fact they only have 2 warmers going either day (we were there for 4 days) and the food is dry and cool.
