Would not return. Would warn...

Liked: The location was somewhat close to restaurants and activities. Price was reasonable for the area.
Disliked: The shower didn’t work, the heater was very loud. And when they finally opened the pool for swimming, it was ice cold and dirty (band aids) on the deck, etc. Ended up leaving a day early and the hotel refused to give us a refund for the second night.

Staff made it uncomfortable causing...

Liked: We double booked because of a hotel issue. When we canceled my booking it said it wasn’t refundable but the not very nice staff member did say they would cancel it with out a fee if booking called them. So far I still paid for a night we didn’t use. Pretty angry
Disliked: The staff was a bit hostile towards everyone and it was difficult because this hostility caused me to book a second room there thinking my wife’s original booking wasn’t going to work. So far booking.com hasn’t helped cancel my reservation with no fee as promised and I can’t get a hold of anyone. I’m going to have to dispute my credit card which is bad.

Liked: The staff (Shawana I think her name was) when I checked in to the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The free breakfast was good, the room was great, the wifi was of adequate speed to stream plenty of porn, and the bed was very comfortable, Also, the happy hour (two hours, actually) with free beer and wine was a welcomed nicety.
Disliked: The price of one room for one night seemed a little too high for the suburban area outside of Schenectady, NY. Also, the shower head stream was in need of either a cleaning or more water pressure, or both as some of the water streams were not flowing out in a straight line.
