Very good

Great stay clean a nice...

Liked: Clean, pleasant staff (Shawana was great) great breakfast
Disliked: I was so hoping for a large jacuzzi in the pool room

Nice room, a little pricey,...

Liked: The staff (Shawana I think her name was) when I checked in to the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The free breakfast was good, the room was great, the wifi was of adequate speed to stream plenty of porn, and the bed was very comfortable, Also, the happy hour (two hours, actually) with free beer and wine was a welcomed nicety.
Disliked: The price of one room for one night seemed a little too high for the suburban area outside of Schenectady, NY. Also, the shower head stream was in need of either a cleaning or more water pressure, or both as some of the water streams were not flowing out in a straight line.

Liked: Food was bland, location was convenient.

Liked: Property was a great location for us to travel to our venue.
Disliked: The pricing from Booking.com were different. I tried to explain at the property but they shut me down.

Liked: It was close to the college. The hotel, room and dining room were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly

Liked: Great location Very friendly staff we had forgotten our food in the refrigerator.I called after we got home home and spoke with Shawana at the front desk,she went above and beyond to make sure I could come back and pick it up!
Disliked: $150 incidental fee (really!!)

Liked: The Bfast was Ok.
Disliked: My bathroom was disgusting. The shower was moldy and someone else’s dark long hair was all over. I took pictures and showed the front desk. They offered me a wine to make up for it. No.. how about some money off my stay. The elevator was broken. I was on the third floor and I have rheumatoid arthritis and is hard for me to walk flights of stairs. I was very displeased. The lobby was hot as heck.
