Great hotel, nice breakfast

Liked: The hotel was real nice and clean. The rooftop bar had entertainment every night I was there. The bartender was great and made great drinks. The food wasn’t that good.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that there was construction right next door. Instead of getting a city view. I got the construction view. Couldn’t look out the window without seeing a construction worker. Shoes always got dirty from walking outside due to the dust from the construction. Someone should’ve called and inform the guest about the construction or even gave a discount for the inconvenience

Great hotel for visiting historic...

Liked: The location was great for the River walk. Rooftop bar & views of the River were great! Friendly bartenders!
Disliked: Valet parking. I do not like to give my keys to anyone & for this trip I had a rental vehicle. Luckily I did my research beforehand & discovered a brand new parking garage just steps away from the hotel. This parking garage is 620 River St & you can pay online at PMC parking.

Disliked: Noisy room (electric equipment like fridge and the heating); Range of facilities closed: restaurant and bar closed due to the weather - only option was to order via the foyer and eat in your room. Not the full range of hotel experience we paid for - we should have been offered a reduced price.
