Liked: The room was wonderful. Breakfast was good but repetitive. Swimming pool a little cold (spring time).
Disliked: The heated pool should be warmer.

Disliked: The room needs an upgrade. The toilet roll holder was falling out of the wall and didn’t work. The toilet seat was peeling and the mattress was old and was imprinted with many people sleeping on it which caused me to have a back ache

Liked: Breakfast very sad with water eggs, powdered etc.
Disliked: The happy hour as I was there for three days was sad. The mozzarella sticks were cold, some were frozen and the red sauce was also cold. It was very sad as the lady that was there every night just kept asking for tips and also was rude when we needed ice for our paid for beers from the front desk. She was the same one with a different wig every day.

Liked: Central location, comfortable beds and pretty good kitchen. Heated pool was nice.
Disliked: I few small things were broken like the kitchen soap dispenser

Liked: It’s well located
Disliked: The room was not clean enough. It had a terrible smell and only after the second time we complained they moved us. We were told that since the hotel is pet friendly, this could happen because of the carpet, and that anyway the cleaning lady had said the smell wasn’t even that bad. We were deeply disappointed, particularly with the attitude of the staff towards our dissatisfaction.
