Great location, nice hotel and...

Liked: Rooms were clean and stocked. It was very convenient to have breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: Beds are a bit hard.

Overall ok

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location. The room was clean and tidy, and the price was reasonable.
Disliked: The hotel was short-staffed and only provided room cleaning every other day without informing us in advance. As a result, we ran out of towels, and since staff weren’t available at night to assist, we had to grab new towels from the pool area. Additionally, the pool was not very heated, so no one was using it. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a great location, but I would consider staying elsewhere next time.

Disliked: we didn’t sleep well . Beds were uncomfortable and we could hear guy next door snoring all night

I should have chose doubletree...

Liked: I've stayed at a Homewood suites in San Diego in Mission Valley (not this one) and it was so much cleaner and neat. This place was like a motel 6. Parking was not great. The area looked a scary. We did not get cleaning service the whole time we were there. We were advised it would be every other day no one came at all. We did not get new towels. our beds were never made. I chose to stay there instead of doubletree fashion valley because of the space. I should have chose doubletree at least I would have gotten me some free cookies. for the the $600 I paid for that room it was depressing.
Disliked: everything. It was not good.

Overall, I think it's average.

Liked: Superior geographical location and complete facilities.
Disliked: I found ants in this hotel, the air conditioning is too noisy, and there are too few parking spaces.
