Never had a problem before...

Liked: The breakfast was great
Disliked: Our rooms were old, smelled and the beds were very hard. One of our rooms the door was off the track, the curtains were torn and the redo was beat up

Paying $800 plus for a...

Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: When we arrived we noticed there were ants all over the kitchen counter, they moved us rooms but there was still ants in the bathroom. They claimed they sprayed while we were out but they were still there when we arrived back to our room. Bathroom sinks were backed up water did not want to go down. Front desk was not much help.

Solid airport stopover

Liked: Decent size suite with plenty of room for a family of 4. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good quality- much better than expected! Worked well for a place to stay near the airport.
Disliked: You have to pay $25 to park which is steep given the only way get there is by car. Bit overpriced for the location.

Liked: the staff were so friendly! I love the fact that Hilton always offers waters at check in. Breakfast and happy hour, great!The room was outstanding, fresh and clean. loved the floor plan! (I cut my stay at the Wyndham Bayside short and moved to your hotel. I gave them an earful about the lack of quality at their hotel.)
Disliked: the bathroom was great, but needs a little attention (the shower head is loose and some of the wall paper is peeling off the wall.

Liked: Spacious enough room had small kitchen dogs and cats allowed pool and free breakfast
Disliked: Parking not enough space and people who go to benihana were parking in the designated spots for the hotel
