Great stay for a family....

Liked: The room was pretty spacious, and the kitchenette was awesome. Having a couch in The room is amazing because sitting on a bed while waiting for things isn't fun..
Disliked: The bed was pretty uncomfortable. A cabinet on the entertainment center fell off in the middle of the night. The body wash in the shower was empty. No one came to clean our room or fill anything during the day, and we were not told we had to call if that is the case. The valet charge was per day, so it was expensive as there wasn't an option for self parking. Normal live tv didn't work on Sunday, so no football could be watched.

Liked: The location is great. Near the airport, the ocean and other cool places. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It is a very nice hotel!

Liked: Decor was current and the bed was comfortable and grounds seemed quiet. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The staffed seemed bothered if management wasn’t around. The room needed a deep scrub on walls and the couch. A hanger was left hanging on light fixtures. Staff cleaning needs to look at the details. What’s the point of a deposit if they don’t repair what was ruined from previous Guest. We asked for more towels and for the trash to be taken out while we were out exploring. This request wasn’t completed.
