Disliked: We had ants in our room on the counters. The towels were the type you would expect to find in a less costly hotel

Best hotel for a family...

Liked: The deposit was only 30.00 for the one night we stayed. That is unheard of since Covid. We were pleasantly surprised that was the deposit for a two bedroom suite with full kitchen. Would definitely book here again.

Disliked: The breakfast could have been hotter, it was lukewarm everyday, also could have changed up a little more and have a variety of juices - orange, cranberry, apple and milk.

Disliked: There was construction going on, but that wasn't the fault of the facility!

Disliked: The breakfast. It's shocking with all the environmental issues the hotel uses paper plates, plastic utensils, and plastic cups. Also for a higher end hotel it was hard to believe how poor the food quality was..

Liked: Rooms were good and kept clean, breakfast was good with a nice different daily selection and the staff was amazing, always helpful and very polite!
Disliked: The amount of gnats during breakfast was a little annoying. TV was an issue, one room had better channel selection than the other and a lot of the channels were not available.
