Disappointing at some things.

Liked: Nice location. Breakfast is great.
Disliked: Didn’t get the room we paid for. Instead of 2 queens, we got 1 king and a pull out couch. Ok, fine, but there weren’t any sheets, pillow, or blanket to put on it, and when I asked the front desk they had no pillows, one flat sheet and one down comforter but no cover for it. On Sunday we used the pool and there were no towels. Our room only had 3 bath towels, and I asked for some to 2 different staff members but they didn’t understand (language barrier) and no one was at the front desk (a family was waiting to check in for 20 minutes). Breakfast was awesome but a ton of people so we were waiting in line. The staff didn’t even wait for people to finish getting food, they were just removing the items when there were people trying to be patient. I got one piece of bread but by the time I got it toasted, they removed the butter, jam, peanut butter. So I got a half toasted piece of bread.

Liked: This hotel was great! Very clean, organized, and had very spacious rooms.
Disliked: The beds were ok, but not exceptional.

Liked: Rooms are big and clean
Disliked: Mattress wasn't very comfortable. At breakfast they mix turkey sausage with the pork sausage and that could be a problem if anyone has a dietary restriction or allergy.
