A nice way to get...

Liked: The room was definitely roomy, the place was spotless, and the staff was very attentive when we made requests. The breakfast was solid, though it lacked cinnamon for the oatmeal; no problem, someone managed to find me some somewhere.
Disliked: The pillows were flatter than pancakes and not very comfortable. We did ask for additional ones, and the staff brought us some bigger ones.

It was a peaceful stay.

Liked: The location and the inside of the rooms. I also love the pool area and the continental breakfast.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: It was a great setup and the rooms were clean. The housekeeper did a wonderful job and the staff were generally great, especially the kind gentleman from Congo who checked us in. As usual, their kitchens served their purpose and I got some great non-stick pots and pans.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better with some more variety and creativity. The main issue came up as I approached the end of my stay. I asked for a late checkout and was told the latest was 2pm. I explained that I would leave for the airport at 7pm. I eventually had to pay full cost for an additional night. I thought this was a bit steep since I had already stayed 8 nights. When I was checking out at 7pm they then said it was an early checkout so I had to pay a fee. After some discussion it was waived. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Phenomenal hotel in a gret...

Liked: The spaciousness of the room. The facilities were exceptional; all appliances worked. Using my phone as my room key.
Disliked: I was completely satisfied with the facilities.
