Liked: Pool was clean but never had towels
Disliked: Staff was awful yelling and screaming at peopleLied about being paid at check in and tried to double charge me. Couldn’t provide extra towels when requested bc they had none clean. Asked for extra blankets and pillows they said they were understaffed and could get them.

It was ok, but not...

Liked: The room was nice and a decent size. Lobby is nice and clean. the vanity mirror is very nice. The staff was nice and polite. The curtains kept the room nice and dim in the morning so we could sleep in.
Disliked: The corners of the bedroom were dusty and dirty. Attention to detail like this would be great! The lighting is a bit dim; we had to have all the lights on for it to feel like a good level. The toilet was loose and felt as if it could fall over. The shower flooded the floor despite having the shower curtain as far over as it could go.

Poor breakfast and cold pool

Disliked: I would not recommend this hotel if you chose it due to breakfast and pool. The breakfast was too poor, for ex, you can find waffle maker, but there was nothing to top it, except for 1 syrup. When I asked this question to the lady in kitchen, she loudly said "everything is there". The eggs and potato were also undercooked. We could not eat muffins neither. Moreover, towels were not comfy. Also they need to have a thicker pillow option, all we had were thinner.The pool is mainly for kids, like 15ft long, it starts from 2.6ft deep to 4.6ft. It was cold when we arrived, compared to other pools I have seen in other hotels, everybody there was complaining about the water temperature.My attached picture shows that no trash bin
