Disliked: The room heater is broken, and I’ve been trying to call the front desk for over two hours, but I can’t get through. Not all day have hot water for shower

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful with accommodating my dietary restrictions. We loved the space of the room, the pool setup, the work-out room,… everything!
Disliked: Our room had a crazy cold draft that ran right across the floor near the sofa bed, and the beds were rather uncomfortable, for hotel beds.

Liked: This was the most cleanliness hotel I have stayed in the room was spotless and so relaxing hall were clean & quiet staff was very friendly & helpful even the pool area was clean I would definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend

Subpar

Disliked: Rooms were separated from one end all the way to next end of the hall because of "broken box spring" so we all had to be separate most of the time. I was offered a few options for rooms but still separate, so i asked if one of the box spings from one of the other rooms could be put into the connected room and the lady at the desk just said "we dont have anymore", which makes 0 sense if she gave me at least 4 room options that had perfectly intact box springs. Sounds like they gave our connected room to someone else. The pool closed early for maintenance at 9pm and was closed the rest of the weekend so the kids only got to swim a short time. We booked the hotel primarily to be together and to swim. Why would maintenance work on a pool at 10pm at night. And it wasn't even for the pool, the front desk said it was for the deck to be painted/cosmetics. That extra hour closing early was not necessary especially since I did not see anyone working on.the pool all night after it closed early. Painting is something that could've waited until the weekday when there are less visitors. I also think these things should be communicated to the customer before arrival so we can have the choice to change or cancel the reservation ahead of time. A lot of good options for breakfast, but one of the kitchen staff was very rude to me, my kids and other African American families. Hovering over us while eating, constantly asking when we would be done eating, although the buffet was still open for 15 minutes. She was spraying cleaning products a couple feet from us while we were eating so the products were misting near us. I walked over to grab something for my kid and when I came back to my table my food was gone even though a few seconds prior I told her we were still eating.
