Superb

Liked: Location was convenient, off the highway but also quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom needed a small table or something to put your clothes on. There was no soap or sponge in the kitchen. We couldn’t check in until after 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. One elevator was out on Saturday.

Disliked: There were repairs on toilet paper roll holder not done. Afraid that I would be charged had to tell desk. Seems to be on going. For price paid everything should be in working order. Could not get TV remote to work. Not an ez remote. While waiting . Heard desk person give $100 discount because of business with Tower Health . Wow! That's fkd up . I needed a safe clean place and spent the extra money . Disappointed in value .
