Liked: Every aspect of my stay was great! The only change I would make is to offer a more variety with the breakfast.
Disliked: No variety with the breakfast that was offered.

Liked: The hotel was clean. 2 gentlemen at the front desk very nice and helpful. Try to stay away from the lady at the front desk. She is mean and rude.
Disliked: Very poor breakfast. It was like 1 star hotel breakfast. They only had 1 working elevator for 7 floor building. It was horrible. 10 to 15 minutes to get in the elevator at certain times of the day. If you see a lady at the front desk, try to stay away from her. She is mean and rude. Looks like she doesn't want to work there.

Liked: Everything was great. Staff and other guests were super friendly. The choices for the breakfast were nice and it was great to be able to bring our Dog with us.

Liked: The location was convenient. The room was a nice size.
Disliked: The staff sucked. The housekeepers at like your in their house. My room was not cleaned once in the 6 days I was there. I had to constantly ask for fresh linens and towels. My toilet was broken and I cut my finger pretty bad trying to fix it. There were spiders in my room as well. When it was time to check out the front desk allowed one family to use ALL of the carts to remove their things as if no one else had things to get. When I mentioned this to the front desk lady, she advised I have my daughter who is 12. Sit at the bottom in the lobby and wait for a cart. This was quite frustrating because I am four months pregnant and I was thinking that with my 12-year-old and my four-year-old.
