Had high hopes, but all...

Liked: The price was good.
Disliked: The staff were rude, unresponsive and extremely unfriendly. I called to advise due to the hurricane (I was traveling from the south) I would arrive after the check in time and requested my family be permitted to check in without me present. I gave them the names of my party - to which the man rudely stated "I need one name". Once I repeated one of the names, he hung up on me. When I arrived at the site, around 12 midnight, the woman at the desk ignored me. I stood for several minutes while she typed on one computer then moved to another without acknowledging my presence. When she finally did, she could not answer if my credit card on file had been charged when my family checked in earlier in the evening, stating "I wasn't here". I was shocked by the extreme unfriendliness.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They charge me for the room when I've already paid for it on Booking.com. The mattress was nasty. I ask for receipt saying I was checking out, never received anything. Highly disappointed

Exceptional

Better options in Raleigh

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The facility is in serious need of renovation. Breakfast was subpar. No hangtag on door for privacy - housekeeping came to clean the room at 8:15 before I had taken a shower.

Great time with the grandkids!

Liked: Location was perfect, lots of options for breakfast, the outdoor pool was landscaped beautifully with mature trees for some nice shade..
Disliked: The elevators might be due for some service and the hallways on the upper floors are a bit hot.
