Enjoyed our time

Liked: The room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and nice to work with
Disliked: Breakfast needed better options. We had dogs barking all night long across the hall both nights. The foundation of the pool is cracking and 4 out of 4 kids all had scratches, raw toes, or splinters from the flooring. At one point there was a pile of the flooring next to the pool

Liked: Didn’t like how the living room tv wouldn’t work and was not aware that the light switch by the entrance controls the lights in the room

Disappointed

Liked: It was nice except both nights there were screaming people at the pool and I had to call cause I thought the pool closed at 9 but it was 10 pm so that really upset and brought down my good mood

Well appropriated suite, accommodating staff...

Liked: Evelyn at the desk was incredibly helpful . She assisted us in reassigning our room from adjacent to the pool to a larger, quieter suite. This was great, especially after just leaving/presenting at professional conference at another large hotel in Times Square.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was lackluster. No waffle maker- a highlight of most breakfast buffets.The chia pudding and oatmeal station was great, especially those avoiding gluten.
