Pleasant lodging, friendly staff with...

Liked: Breakfast was good with friendly staff and ample choices. Facility location was good for our plans. However, fereeway noise through the windows was apparent.
Disliked: The bed was too soft and the fan above the bed made a cold draft at night so that lighting had to be turned off to to turn off the fan.

Wanted to love it but...

Liked: Checking in was great very nice women working front desk! Had a couple problems which they tried to handle immediately.
Disliked: Ants in the rooms, toilet broken took two days to get any help and finally switch rooms.. more ants in new room. Very rude man answering phone late at night.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. The kids didn’t eat much. Theyhad lots of options. I really enjoyed the waffle maker. The juice was really watered down . Not good
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to ask for bedding for the pull out bed. I asked for towels several times because they were not enough. I was bringing in luggage with a toddler and another child and the staff had the audacity to ask me if I can get the additional towels and the bedding to my room. I’m not an octopus not good. I was already overloaded with my luggage and kids. I didn’t know there was free Wi-Fi I’ll read next time because I didn’t get a response to my checkout day.
