Liked: I stayed here with my now fiancé (proposed during the weekend we stayed here). I loved how clean and spacious the suites were, bathroom, shower, and kitchen were super clean. The smells and area of the hotel were great and a lovely spot to relax.Breakfast was very good! It's centered around a brunch style, tortillas, proteins, eggs, and a potato item were the hot foods. The proteins and potato item are on a rotation so you never eat the same breakfast twice which I loved. There's also a ton of other items too!
Disliked: I only had two things that I didn't like about my stay I'll start with the biggest issue.The beds and pillows were very soft, and not soft in the way of a soft made bed/pillow rather soft in a springs being very worn down type of soft. I frequently woke up and had to roll around to a comfier position. Another gripe I had was with the breakfast juices, although a trivial matter the orange, apple, and cranberry juices were diluted with water, it didn't affect my stay but it's a questionable practice.

Liked: The room's size was excellent, and the kitchenette was good. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Figuring out how to get the shower to work, given the lack of information on how to switch from bathtub faucet to the shower head, which involved pulling on a metal ring of sorts, and which never got the water to flow out of the handheld head, was frustrating. The room layout was poor. The TV could not be viewed from the couch, and it could only be viewed from the bed at an extreme angle. There were only two USB ports to attach charge cords.The carpet was old an worn, the patterns showed where the most traffic was. For a Hilton, I was extremely disappointed. I travel frequently, if you want my business, you need to step up the work on the facilities.
