Liked: I loved the suite and layout. We loved that they had a corn hole set in the courtyard to play, and we enjoyed that.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were extremely too soft and we had a hard time sleeping comfortably. Other than the bed and pillows everything else was very nice and enjoyable.

Liked: nice and quiet very comfortable breakfast was great. staff is excellent. room was spacious beds were comfortable. except breakfast staff.
Disliked: the breakfast staff can be more friendly. it seems like she really didn't want to help out. had a long face.

Disliked: I left my jewelry satchel in the room, my mistake, but it never got reported to lost and found by housekeeping. VERY DISAPPOINTED, lost many of my favorite pieces, can't be replaced...

Liked: Cleanliness swimming pool was clean. Rooms are large (family of 5). We were comfortable.
Disliked: Check in did not go well. They could not find our reservation when we arrived due to an employee from a earlier shift checking us in. When they did locate it and we finally went up to our room, there was a family already in there. Very unsafe on the hotel’s part! Other than that it was a good clean hotel.
