Liked: The room was very nice and the front desk staff was astounding.
Disliked: I have a young daughter - did not like the walk from the parking lot to the hotel, especially late at night.

Liked: Proximity to concert venue. Nice staff. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: View was very unattractive, room was small, coffee machine was moldy.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. They had a great sense of humor, made great recommendations for local dining, and ordered repairs on the blinds in the room lickety split!

Liked: your leisure and comfort of a home setting to cut cost on meals
Disliked: The set up of the living room area having your back towards TV that only can be seen best by sitting or laying in bed as a family setting

Disappointed by falsely advertised/misleading information

Liked: -Location was close to our activities -staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: -breakfast only til 9:30, when advertised all around the facilities as being available until 11.-elevators were very poor, felt unsafe-found 2 different bugs in the bedsheets, were not bed bugs but they were still bugs…-hotel advertised as having a pool, but you had to go to the hotel next door to use their pool. They share the pool. -overall a lot of false advertising and misleading information involving what the hotel does and doesn’t have
