Great location and room but...

Liked: Great location and the amenities were fantastic initially
Disliked: We stayed for four days three nights and our room was not cleaned and there were no towels, toilet paper, etc. we called three times and they told us they didn’t have time because they were short staffed which was frustrating. It’s my second time staying at the property the first time we had excellent service. We also had a situation when we were eating breakfast. A slovenly unkept man who ended up being an employee, with poor manners, approached my husband and told him not to use a mug and only paper goods. Apparently washing dishes is not preferred at this establishment.

Liked: Convenient location for the airport. They have a free shuttle service. Rooms are well designed. Friendly staff. We had a good night's sleep
