Liked: Everything was great, customer service was amazing. They switched our rooms so that we could be with the rest of the hockey team, which is great.
Disliked: I honestly have no complaints. Everything went very smooth there. The only thing was the parking. At 1 point, we had gotten back and there was no parking, but they gave us a parking pass for the underground parking, so that was good.

Overall it was excellent

Liked: Front desk personnel were accommodating and Roman was extremely helpful We arrived early and he followed up with housekeeping to confirm room was ready which unfortunately was not. We returned a couple of hours later and again he followed up with housekeeping to ensure room was available and it was. The breakfast staff were friendly and they were very mindful to keep the tables clean when guests left.
Disliked: The down side to the breakfast is that the coffee was tolerable. If there is any way that you can change your coffee supplier it would be a great idea.
