Liked: Walking distance to everything. Nice rooms. Pet friendly. Clean!
Disliked: 1. The pool water was very cold. 2. Buffet breakfast - waffle maker station and more specifically the batter dispenser clogs and takes forever to get the batter in the cup to make a waffle. Waffles are a great option to have but please find a way to dispense the batter in more efficient way to avoid the long lines of frustrated people forming in front of the station.

Room was fine but staff...

Disliked: Only 1 elevator was operational. We were put on the 15th floor and wasted half our time trying to get an elevator. Breakfast was not replenished quickly and most of the stations were constantly empty.
