Liked: The rooms were very spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping and free parking. The location was great also.

Fantastic stay

Liked: Delicious eggs. Great breakfast options. Plenty to choose from.
Disliked: Would have love the option to rent a trundle bed for our room so that we didn't have to double up in the beds.

Great for families

Liked: The breakfast was good. They offered a good variety of things to choose from. Staff constantly was cleaning and keeping up with refilling items running low for breakfast. They have room service available everyday. Everything was clean. I would stay again. Also loved being able to take a shuttle to Universal studios with my family to and from the hotel.
Disliked: The elevator takes a while. And I would have preferred the room didn't have carpet. But it was still well kept.
