Disliked: Extremely disappointed. I planned a family trip, with in-laws, brothers-in-law, cousins, etc., months in advance, and the hotel group's lack of common sense managed to ruin our plans by separating us. We arrived at the airport at 9:00 p.m., tired, hungry, with irritated children, and they "informed" us that they didn't have our room available, due to an internal problem "of theirs", and they gave us the "news" that some of us would be staying at the hotel of the group next door, Home2 Flamingo, which is good but inferior in "quality" and "price". Because the children were tired, we agreed to sleep at the suggested hotel, but the next morning we tried to resolve the situation, since half of the family stayed at one hotel and the other half at another. They didn't resolve it and left us with this downgrade for a higher price. It seems very convenient to accept many reservations with higher prices and relocate people to cheaper hotels of the same group! We went to talk about this 3 times at the reception. The first time the gentleman said he would relocate us the next day. We went the next day and the other person at the reception said she didn't know anything and that she couldn't put us all together in the hotel we had booked. The third time the receptionist told us not to go near it because she was sick, but her approach was very rude. We placed an order online and put in the address of the hotel we were relocated to, the receptionist said she would charge us $5 for having it delivered to Hotel 1 (the one we booked in advance). In conclusion, a super confusing and biased hotel! I don't understand how the rating can be 9 on Booking. Oh, and another thing, the room cleaning is every other day and this information is not on Booking. I'm still at the hotel, let's see what happens before I leave. I emailed the manager and have not received a response yet.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and easy to deal with.
Disliked: There was literally no downside to this hotel.
