It was good
Liked: The staff was very friendly and the location is great.
Disliked: We had booked a double queen suite, but there was a water leak in the last queen room so we were put in a king suite. Not ideal for our family, but it worked.

Disliked: We drove 16 hours straight from NJ and arrived 5 min before checkin. (Check in 3pm). Last year (we’ve stayed the same week three years in a row) we were able to check in early so I went to the desk and she said that our room was “clean and ready but not inspected so it’ll be 20min” so I waited 30 min in the lobby as 5 of them stood in the corner chit chatting and went back up to the desk at 3:25 a different girl said the same thing “ready but not inspected and it’ll be 20-30min immediately I’m annoyed checj in is at 3- my room should be ready for me to walk in at 3. After she saw me annoyed she said there was a room that was ready if I wanted that one I said yes and we got into that room.
