Comfortable stay close to the...

Liked: We booked there because breakfast was included and free shuttle service was offered, the location was close to the airport. Booking a room at the last minute due to flight cancellation was easy. Mat the front desk clerk was very cheerful and polite.We were pleased with the close proximity and choice of restaurants in the area. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The quality of the shuttle service offered was not regulated, it was some ride share operation. The driver who drove us to the airport was not familiar with the departure area for the terminal and offered no help putting luggage in or taking it out. His car headlight was taped up from a collision of some sort.I didn't like the omelette or sausage patty, there were however lots of other choices. Yogourt and porridge was good and fresh fruit.

Pass This One By

Liked: At check-in, no record of payment through Booking.com, had to use another card. TV had no Guide, or record as to which of the 4 available channels was on. Half of the light-blocking shade was missing and the half that was left was stained and torn. The HVAC system was annoyingly loud, and the "airport shuttle" was a Lyft driver and that whole arrangement inspired worry and concern, especially how unintuitive the process was after finally arosing the desk person at 4:45am.
Disliked: All of the above.
