Good stay and everyone was...

Liked: Missed breakfast...time stated was confusing.We got a newly renovated room...it was nice. Inside room noise was quite.
Disliked: The heating/air conditioning unit blew out cold air every time it first clicked on for about 10 minutes. Turned temp up to 75 degrees and it was still cold. Outside noise from music at clubs was loud in room till about 12:30. Luckily we brought a sound machine that helped.

Great place overall to stay...

Liked: The one person show of the restaurant was very kind and carried on great conversation with me and my girlfriend
Disliked: The non-refundable pet fee

We were not happy paying...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the room large.
Disliked: The WiFi was hard to get going.The shower didn’t work above a trickle so wife couldn’t bathe and wash hair. No TV channel info. Door left open on 1st floor for workers made area near elevator cold and dangerous. Desk wouldn’t give refund since we went through Booking.comCalls no valet didn’t work and desk wouldn’t help so had to wait in cold for car to be brought around.

Disliked: not enough light at the table where I was trying to read and study. on my 4th morning there was no water pressure in the shower.

Disappointed

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Parking costs $25 a day. No mention of this until we were checking in. We were told breakfast was served until 10. We arrived at 9:30 and there was no breakfast.
