Disappointing for how much I...

Liked: We were made to wait for our room even though we were there an hour after checkin time. Then, we missed an appointment because of this and could not extend our stay because there were no rooms available.

Liked: We arrived at 4:30 and our room was not ready

Liked: Location was perfect for the basketball game we went to
Disliked: When we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby for them to finish "cleaning" before we could get our keys. The approximate 45 min wait put us behind schedule so we had to rush the test of the night before our event. Due to the rush, we didn't have time to inspect the room. We rushed to get ready and leave. When we got home from the basketball game, it was late so we planned on going straight to bed. Folding down the blankets, one of the beds were clearly not washed, as there was mascara or some type of makeup on the sheets and pillow. We all ended up cramming into 1 bed, the pullout, and on the floor. The shower was not clean, hair, but that was an easy fix. Still shouldn't of had to clean it though. When we went down to the breakfast, 1 of the hotel staff stood ok the room and watched my children make their plates. They are 11, 10, and 6. 10 & 11 can make their own plates without making a mess. My 6 yr old did want to try to make her own waffle with my help so we did that. Some of the batter spilt out of the waffle maker and the staff member made a huge deal about it asking who made the mess. We cleaned up the split batter so I'm not sure what the issue was. Regardless, bad experience, the hotel was told about this at checkout.

Liked: We had a large room with a kitchen even though we did not use it. Very comfortable beds and excellent location. We walked to where we needed to go.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the city! We also loved being within walking distance of the comedy club. I really appreciated the special birthday surprises that had been left in the room for me when we arrived as well!
