Disliked: The wifi was not good for streaming movies and the TV remote did not work properly.

Refreshing, bed was so comfortable...

Liked: The comfort of the room. It was roomy, the bed was so comfortable, there was an extra blanket available, so much I liked, it hard to list it all.
Disliked: The only thing that was a little annoying is the checkin process. Check in was at 3, but they did shift change at 3, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes to check in. But it wasn’t too big an issue we were able to get changed and to the visitation of a loved one on time. My only suggestion would be maybe start shift change at 2:45 or allow people to check in a little earlier.

Overall there were VERY minor...

Liked: I liked the room very spacious and nice.
Disliked: When we got there, there was still a towel hanging on the bathroom door hook it was still damp as well as if someone just used it that morning. Housekeeping probably overlooked it, and I definitely understand that! The kitchenware was all dirty & spotty with stuff in the glasses. What else that was a buzz kill was the looks staff would give us anytime we left the room. My husband and I are covered in tattoos, I get that we got stared at a lot in public but staff were literally following my husband around during breakfast like he was a criminal about to steal something.
